More Than 60 Years Later
Still Family Run
Buildings change. Rooms are refurbished. Generations change. But some things are worth holding on to. More than 60 years after our doors first opened, Clan MacDuff remains proudly independent and family-run. We’ve continued to invest in the hotel, extensively rebuilding and modernising it while preserving what matters most to us; comfortable rooms, good food, friendly faces and a genuinely warm Highland welcome. It’s an approach that has served us well since 1963.
The View That Started It All
It isn’t difficult to understand why this spot was chosen all those years ago. Set on the banks of Loch Linnhe, just two miles south of Fort William, the hotel looks across the water towards the mountains beyond. Today, you can enjoy that same panorama from many of our bedrooms, our restaurant, bar, lounges and outdoor terraces.
